Operator
Conversion Courses |

 |
|
Description |
Once an operator has
gained basic certification on a Loader type they will have a set
of skills and knowledge for that loader type. If they then need
to operate a different loader type they will need to undergo
basic operator training on the new loader type, however many of
the basic skills and knowledge sets are transferable from Loader
type to Loader type. Therefore the operator only need to
‘convert’ the skills and knowledge from the first Loader type
over to the new Loader type, thus reducing the basic operator
training time. |
