Loading, Securing & Transportation Of Mobile Plant
Objective
Many fatal accidents have occurred within the Hire Industry related to the transporting of small mobile plant. This course is designed to teach delegates the correct procedure for the safe loading securing and unloading of common mobile plant found in tool hire. Loading and unloading refers to placing the plant on to a trailer or transporter vehicle, transporting the plant and removing it from the trailer / transporter safely. This course includes basic operator handling skills, inspection, hire documentation and recording procedures for the plant in question.

Duration
This will be dependant upon the candidates prior experience levels on driving the plant used. Typically this course lasts from 4 h.ours to 1 day for a single candidate up to 2 days for 3 candidates.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Full certification will be issued to delegates demonstrating the correct levels of understanding and practical skills.
The use of a vehicle, correct securing equipment and appropriate plant will be required for completion of this course.
