Basic Safety & Hire

This course is designed to provide an understanding of the HASAWA regulations, Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 and the HSG48 instructing delegates in all aspects of the correct preparation, testing, hiring and theoretical use of chainsaws.

Full certification will be issued to delegates demonstrating the correct levels of understanding and practical skills.

This is strictly a course for correct hire, it is not an operator’s course and does not include felling etc. Separate operators training courses are available
